• Medicare information

We may receive information from your GP, specialists, My Health Record, SafeScript, Medicare, or other trusted healthcare services.

• Process Medicare or insurance claims

2. Billing & Appointment Information

Lena Medical Telehealth is a mixed billing clinic.

Billing Overview

• Doctor appointments: Privately billed — no Medicare rebate
• Specialist appointments: Privately billed — rebates may apply depending on eligibility
• Our doctors don't prescribe S8 medications such as but not limited to Diazepam, Endone, Tramadol etc.. If you decide to proceed not refund is granted

*Some services may be bulk billed for eligible patients

Important to Know

• We do not bulk bill non-Medicare cardholders
• All required paperwork (e.g., consent forms) must be completed before your appointment
• Not completing paperwork does not qualify for a refund

Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

You agree that:
• The information you provide is true and complete
• You understand our privacy and billing policies
• You accept our Terms & Conditions for telehealth services
