Dipti is a Clinical Psychologist at Insight Works and has extensive experience supporting clients of all ages and backgrounds. Drawing on evidence-based therapies, Dipti helps individuals and groups reduce distress, build resilience, and gain deeper understanding of their life experiences. Her approach is both empathetic and practical, empowering clients to make meaningful changes and live more fulfilling lives. Dipti is a Clinical Psychologist and holds a PhD focused on the role of mindfulness and self-compassion in supporting people affected by cancer. Dipti offers a range of ways to connect, so you can choose what feels right for you. Sessions can take place in a comfortable and welcoming therapy room, outdoors surrounded by nature, online via video for ease and flexibility, or by phone if technology access is limited.
