Daniel is an endorsed counselling and clinical psychologist focusing on trauma therapy, eating disorder counselling, OCD treatment, low self-esteem help, and behavioural addictions. Trained in a wide range of therapeutic approaches, he primarily utilises Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other trauma-specific modalities. With a compassionate and understanding approach, Daniel creates a safe space for clients to explore their experiences and build self-worth.
