Dr Daniel Ross Osteopath

From a young age Dan has participated in a multitude of sports ranging from swimming, soccer, oztag, rugby league, cricket and surf life saving. Dan was first introduced to osteopathy as a young athlete dealing with chronic shoulder and groin injuries. During this time he found it fascinating to learn about the human body and what it is capable of. Dan’s realised he can join his two passions of anatomy and physical performance within the field of osteopathy to help people live a pain-free lifestyle and support them on their way to achieving their full potential. Dan has a passion for treating and guiding active individuals through their recovery and rehabilitation from sporting injuries, as well as chronic pain clients suffering from headaches and back pain. Dan has found exercise rehabilitation to be an integral part of the process to eliminate pain. This is why he uses the Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS) approach with his clients in conjunction with Osteopathic principles and manual therapy techniques. This allows him to help support and guide his clients on their individual journeys.
