Dr Claire Egbers Paediatrician

Claire is a South African-born doctor who has resided on the northern beaches for the last nine years while completing her paediatric training at The Children's Hospital at Westmead. The time at Westmead included fellowships in general paediatric medicine and child protection. On completing her training, she worked as a General Paediatrician at Liverpool hospital. Claire is a consultant paediatrician at Manly and Mona Vale Hospitals with rooms in both Dee Why and Elanora Heights. Claire lives locally in North Narrabeen with her husband and two children. Her interests include yoga and surfing with some travelling in between work and children. Claire's approach to paediatric care is holistic working with Children and their families from birth to their teens. She enjoys working within a multidisciplinary team which is what has drawn her to working at her current medical practices in Dee Why and Elanora Heights.
