Dr Bruna is a highly qualified clinical psychologist with extensive experience in providing compassionate, evidence-based care. She is dedicated to a patient-centred approach that honours each individual's story and context. Bruna has postgraduate training in systemic family therapy and couples therapy, and is deeply committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families through relational and trauma-informed work. She recently completed a postdoctoral research project focused on masculinities, building on her PhD, which explored women's experiences — further enriching her therapeutic lens with gender-informed insights. As part of the Lena Medical team, Bruna is committed to making high-quality mental healthcare accessible through innovative telehealth services, ensuring that clients can receive consistent support no matter where they are located.

  • Currently is doing a Post-doctorate on gender studies and masculinities (UNSW/UFSC).
