Dr Amber Kelly a registered and endorsed Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) has over 10 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families across public and private sectors. Amber is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and the APS College of Clinical Psychologists (CCLIN).
Amber is passionate about improving the health of children and adolescents using evidence-based practice and a warm, engaging interpersonal style. Amber has completed research in the areas of self-concept, subjective well-being and quality of life. She uses this expertise to guide her work in supporting young people and their families to build a stronger and healthier view of oneself, increase resilience and flourish in life.
Amber’s therapeutic approach encompasses cognitive- behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness and interventions drawn from positive psychology.
