Overview
Amanda is passionate about helping people feel their best and achieve optimal health on a plant-based diet. She has been an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist since 1992 and has researched and published in the area of plant-based nutrition and has completed a PhD in this area. Her speciality practice areas include planning healthy plant-based eating patterns for people of all ages, including mothers-to-be, infants and children, teenagers and people with chronic health conditions such as diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular diseases.
Amanda is available for consultations online or via phone. Note that consultation times are QUEENSLAND (Australia) time, and QUEENSLAND does not have daylight saving.
