Adrian has 25+ years of experience working in primary and occupational healthcare and exercise and sport science settings in South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia. He has a clinical interest in the benefits of exercise therapy for the maintenance and improvement of musculoskeletal health and the treatment of low back pain and also works with various athlete groups assisting them with their physical preparation for sport.
