Adeline is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology and has worked in the area of mental health since 2006. She has worked clinically in public and private hospitals, child, adolescent and family community mental health services, as well as in private practice. She believes in early intervention and is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to help them live a valued life. She provides individual in person or online services and group programs. She sees women 25 years and above. Adeline has formal training in child, developmental and clinical psychology therefore understands the impact of childhood experiences and different stages of development across life span. Adeline is also a secular Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) Yoga Alliance® and believes in the mind-body connection to provide holistic care established in evidence-based treatment tailored to the needs of each client. She has conducted various research focused on vulnerable populations and authored a number of journal articles. Her research work keeps her up to date with the latest evidence based practice. Adeline’s doctoral thesis in child and family psychology examined the relationship between childhood trauma, attachment and women’s mental health including clinicians’ practices and views on supporting survivors.
