Diabetes 101 provides quality self-management education and support for all forms of diabetes. Our Credentialled Diabetes Educator, Bec Barnes has been a registered nurse for 15 years and has lived in Biloela for 10 years. Bec is particularly passionate about type 2 diabetes and gestational diabetes and enjoys being able to provide patients tailored care to improve their quality of life and reduce complications associated with diabetes. Bec supports telehealth endocrinology clinics at Diabetes 101 and at Biloela Hospital offering patients a comprehensive approach to diabetes and endocrine care.
