Debra is a senior psychologist specialising in trauma informed counselling, critical incident support and brief intervention work with individuals experiencing stress, conflict, psychological injury and complex workplace dynamics. Alongside her counselling practice, Debra draws on extensive experience as a senior People & Culture executive across government, emergency services, health and corporate environments.
