Dayna Taberner Accredited Mental Health Social Worker | Director With 20 years of experience in the mental health field, Dayna Taberner is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and holds a Master’s in Mental Health Sciences. She has worked across a variety of settings, including community mental health, acute inpatient units, emergency departments, and private practice, gaining extensive expertise in complex mental health presentations. Dayna is trained in a range of evidence-based therapies, including: Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) – Part 1 & 2 Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) She is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space, empowering clients to achieve the best possible outcomes for their health and well-being.
