Dayna Jeffrey Psychologist

Dayna is a Provisional Psychologist completing her final year of the 4 + 2 pathway at Drop of Life Psychology Clinic. She completed her Bachelor of Psychological Science at Southern Cross University in 2020 and her Honours at Bond University in 2021. Once Dayna has completed her internship, she will continue on at Drop of Life as a fully registered psychologist. Dayna values the courage it takes to simply turn up to your first appointment. She is passionate about creating a safe space that honours your unique experience. Dayna has training across multiple treatment approaches which gives her a flexible approach to working with clients, allowing for the therapeutic experience to be tailored to meet the needs of each individual. Special interests include: Depression Anxiety Disorders Attachment and Relationship Concerns Parenting & Perinatal Mental Health Disordered Eating Stress Management and Burnout Self worth and Confidence Dayna is available for appointments on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Fridays.
