I hold a Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling from Western Sydney University and have experience supporting diverse individuals through both individual counselling and group therapy settings. I also hold a Master of Education and currently work as a Youth Justice Convenor.
In addition, I am the CEO of The Overcomers Place (TOP), a grassroots not-for-profit organisation providing free addiction recovery support to individuals and families experiencing hardship. Through trauma-informed group programs, psychoeducation, and community connection, we aim to make recovery support accessible to all.
As a lived experience practitioner, I bring both professional training and personal experience of recovery, allowing me to work with empathy, authenticity, and compassion.
My approach is trauma-informed, person-centred, and non-judgmental, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and work towards meaningful change.
