We do not accept insurance. What? Yes, we do not accept insurance. This means no co-pays or deductibles. Our membership fees begin at $60/month for a single adult for a one year membership. Being our membership is not a medical insurance or HMO, you will need medical insurance. What does this mean? We do not work for an insurance company, we work for you. The goal is to build a relationship, join our family. Though, medical insurance is needed for surgery and labs outside our offerings onsite. There are different terms for this membership: Direct Primary Care Practice, Low Cost Concierge Practice, or a Membership Model Practice.
