Overview

Mental health struggles are mostly invisible, and the visible parts are rarely consistent with the internal struggle. I am humbled and privileged to accompany clients on a journey through private perceptions, memories, thoughts, beliefs, hopes, dreams, and fears while we work together on building understanding, resilience, and resourcefulness in the private storm of their internal lives.
