Danielle provides holistic and integrative nutrition care. She endeavours to empower individuals and families into beginning a new journey of health and happiness by providing the knowledge and tools to make lifelong sustainable changes to diet and lifestyle, whilst also building a healthy relationship with food. She has a strong passion for working with children to develop healthy eating habits, and to reject the notion of our diet culture. She is a mother of two young girls and loves working with young children and families to support healthy eating habits and lifestyles. Danielle’s career in health and wellness started when she realised the importance of a healthy relationship with food. After recovering from an eating disorder, Danielle has the vision to help those develop a positive mindset when it came to food and nutrition, and achieving their health and wellness goals. Danielle’s interest areas include eating disorders, paediatric nutrition, intolerances/allergies, gastrointestinal health and chronic disease management. Danielle wants everyone to enjoy food and life. This is why she endeavours to support you to understand your nutrition-related condition, how food and lifestyle plays a role in it and how you can take control over it. Her consultations, assessment and interventions are thorough, realistic, individualised and achieve results. Danielle is also very passionate about improving the overall quality of life and happiness in those living with disabilities. She loves connecting with families and individuals to connect and build strong relationships.
