Overview
Danielle is Registered and Coaching Psychologist with 15 years experience helping people flourish. She works with stress, low moods, anxiety, transitions, relationship and friendship issues, work and performance stressors, adjustments, grief, ADHD, anger. Danielle has extensive experience working with adults and teenagers. In her private practice work she used Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Positive Psychology. As well working to treat client presentations, Danielle works from a coaching modality to help people reach their performance goals and improve their quality of life. In partnership with organisations, Danielle delivers evidence based training and workshops to employees helping to break the mental health stigma and improve mental health at work. She runs regular mental health first aid training and is passionate about helping workplace design psychologically safe workplaces where individuals can flourish and reach their performance potential.
