Overview

I am passionate about taking a non-judgmental, empathetic approach to my work. I believe that it is important to create a comfortable and safe environment where, together, we can explore and gain a deeper understanding of what is going on, and how your individual story has led up to this moment. As no two people are the same, I tailor my approach to best suit your individual needs, attitudes, and beliefs. I use a range of evidence-based practices to help support a range of presentations and concerns. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness. I am committed in providing a space that helps motivate and empower people to build resilience, overcome hardships and strive to achieve greater happiness.
