Unburden is a safe space where individuals or relationships can talk out their private struggles. Ways forward are forged through therapies of clients choice, (CBT, talk, SFT, MET,…) & strategies that may include mindfulness, alternate perspective brainstorming, behaviour adjustment. Unburden is passionate for empowering those that are self advocating for change at their pace & supportive for those just needing to be heard. As a counsellor, I bring true warmth & empathy, 46yrs life experience, 15yrs early childhood experience and a belief that everyone is worth it.
