I graduated with a Master of Clinical Psychology from Macquarie University. My therapeutic style is influenced by evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), genuine curiosity, warmth, collaboration, and the importance of valuing the stories of each person I have the opportunity to work with.
I have experience in both private and not-for-profit sectors, working with people across the lifespan experiencing a range of psychological difficulties, including anxiety and mood disorders, bereavement, cancer-related distress, and substance use.
In addition to my private practice role, I work in the public health sector, providing psychological intervention to people diagnosed with cancer and haematological disorders, their families and carers.
