I am a Paediatric Occupational Therapist passionate about children's well-being and optimal development. My focus is on parent coaching and mentoring therapists. CoordiKids offers online exercise courses for children to empower minds, strengthen bodies, and inspire movement—available online, anywhere, at any time. The developmentally sequenced courses enhance skills and competence towards optimal functioning.

I have been an Occupational Therapist since 1997, graduating from the University of Pretoria in South Africa. My career began in South Africa, where I worked across a variety of private practice and hospital settings, with a strong focus on paediatrics, medico legal work, and hand therapy. During this time, I also owned and operated my own paediatric private practice and later worked as the occupational therapist for a step down hospital facility in Pretoria. I relocated to Australia in 2009 where I started my career in Australia in adult hospitals and community settings, gaining experience across the full lifespan. After this I spent seven years at Mater Children’s Hospital as the Clinical Lead of the home visiting team (Mater at Home) and for the past six years, I have been running my own paediatric private practice in Brisbane. I recently joined Coordikids as a flexible option to still make a difference in children's lives with the flexibility to be in any part of the world to serve children and families with difficulties during this new phase of my life.
