I am an experienced Child and Adolescent therapist, with specialist training in Child Centered Play Therapy; am a AutPlay Play Therapist and a Circle of Security facilitator. I work closely with caregivers to support connection with their child to bring greater joy and attachment. I am able to provide therapeutic intervention in EMDR, Relaxation strategies, short term solution focused intervention, specific skills training in anger reduction and improving quality of life. I am passionate about improving the mental health and wellbeing for women during their perinatal and post natal transition, as well as supporting women with pregnancy decision making. Qualifications include Master of Social Worker in 2016; Bachelor in Youth Work completed 2005; Diploma in Drug and Alcohol completed in 2005; Clinical training in Child Centered Play Therapy, completed in 2020 and EMDR trained in 2021. I am also registered to provide Non-directive Pregnancy Counselling
