She has a strong interest in paediatric nutrition and chronic disease management, and is passionate about supporting clients to build a positive relationship with food through personalised, evidence-based care. Mindy works with clients across the lifespan and has experience supporting a variety of conditions, including diabetes, oncology, IBD, cardiovascular disease, and liver disease. She takes a holistic, client-centred approach and focuses on helping clients make achievable, sustainable changes that support long-term health and wellbeing. Mindy speaks both English and Vietnamese.

Maria Nguyen is a General Psychologist who has extensive experience in educational settings. Her career as a psychologist has involved working for the Department of Education in primary, secondary and special schools. She has extensive experience in conducting cognitive, educational and behavioural assessments for children & young people. Maria’s area of interests include anxiety, depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), dyslexia and learning difficulties. She works with both children and adults who present with a range of mental health disorders. She has adopted a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) framework where she incorporates aspects of Client-Centred Play Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focus Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
