Carleen is a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner with a career in nursing since 2001. After gaining her RN qualification in Queensland, she completed a Graduate Certificate in Alcohol and Other Drugs in 2015 and a Master of Nurse Practitioner in 2018, receiving her endorsement in 2019. Carleen has worked across general hospital nursing in the private and public sector before commencing with Community nursing services with Blue Care. She then worked in the mental health and AOD area for 7 years whilst completing her postgraduate studies. She has worked in ED whilst completing Masters in NP studies and then worked in correctional services health for 3.5 years. She is now focused on Primary Health Care with a special interest in Mental Health.
