To ask about availability or find out more, please email me directly at cathgreycounselling@gmail.com Many people come to me when something in life no longer fits — when they’re grieving a loss, facing change or illness, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves and the life they long to be living. Beneath these experiences is often a quiet wish: to live with more ease, authenticity, and meaning. My intention is to help you be with your pain, whatever form it takes — anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or chronic physical pain — and to support you in gently reducing that suffering over time. Together we reflect on old patterns, learn to soothe the nervous system, and cultivate new ways of relating to life’s challenges with compassion and curiosity. My approach integrates mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), compassion-based and polyvagal-informed practices, along with an appreciation of the natural world as a source of healing and perspective. I keep a small, spacious practice where sessions can last up to 90 minutes, allowing time for depth and integration. No referral is needed, no reports are sent, and sessions are uncapped. I offer counselling online, by phone, and in person at Coffs Psychology and Neurotherapy in Coffs Harbour. If you’d like to share what’s happening for you or arrange a time to talk, please email cathgreycounselling@gmail.com and include your best contact number.
