I have worked in community mental health clinics as a mental health practitioner for 14 years. During that time, I also specialized in Aboriginal mental health and provided culturally appropriate client training to a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, and social workers.
I have 10 years working as an individual and group facilitator in the area of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, and Schema work with borderline personality disorders, generalized social anxiety, PTSD, psychosis, and server depression disorders.
We offer DBT-focused skill-based mindfulness groups and our full DBT program DBT Life.
For those that are unable to make a regular appointment during business hours, we have after hours clinic from 4 pm - 8 pm.
