Annette has been in private practice for 30 years. Her special interest is pain management and self-care with lifestyle exercises, including functional core training and education. Annette is qualified to use acupuncture, Pilates and manual therapy as treatment modes.Annette is also a specialist in training horse riders in posture and movement patterns and has had great success in sports people returning to sport, after injury.
