I am a psychologist who is passionate about supporting people of all ages and abilities to have a good quality of life. I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and a special interest in Autism. I have worked as a psychologist for many years in the government, not-for-profit, and private sectors providing psychology consultation and disability services to individuals, families, schools, workplaces, and other community organisations.
I am passionate about person-centred practice and supporting positive changes for my clients and important others in their lives. I work closely with parents and other caregivers to address mental health issues, improve understanding of unmet needs, and establish positive home and community routines and relationships.
I am committed to providing a holistic service by working in collaboration with other therapists and professionals who are engaged with my clients to ensure a transdisciplinary approach whenever appropriate. I have many years experience working as part of a transdisciplinary team delivering comprehensive interventions.
I create a safe and non-judgemental environment to explore and develop understanding of client difficulties and unmet needs, and to target specific strategies and skill development to enhance quality of life for both my clients and important others in their lives.
