Cindy Tanghal is a Senior Clinical Psychologist who consults and practices in Carlton, Melbourne. She has over 19 years of psychology experience. Cindy has worked in private psychiatric hospitals in both inpatient and outpatient programs; as well as working for Australian Government agencies conducting short term therapy, critical incident response counselling to natural disasters and clinical assessments such as IQ testing, personality assessments and report writing. She has vast experience working with a wide range of complex and prevalent presentations including mood disorders; anxiety disorders , PTSD; Anger; interpersonal difficulties; Drug and Alcohol problems; complex trauma and Personality disorders such as BPD. Cindy has worked as a Senior Psychologist , Clinical Lead and Coordinator of the Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) program at one of Victoria’s largest private psychiatric hospital, where she provides therapy to outpatient clients diagnosed or presentation of traits with Borderline Personality Disorder. Her role in the DBT program include providing DBT individual therapy, DBT skills training, DBT consultation meeting and phone coaching. Her work with these clients has led to experience treating many co morbid conditions such as substance abuse, eating disorders, and post-traumatic symptoms. Cindy also supervises psychologist, allied health staff and also, university post graduate students undertaking master and doctorate degrees during their placements. She is a board approved AHPRA supervisor. She provides DBT training and provides consultancy to DBT teams within Melbourne, Victoria

Rochelle Pranadi is a Provisional Psychologist who has experience working with a variety of different presentations such as: anxiety, depression, stress, grief/loss, relationship issues and complex presentations. Rochelle has a warm and compassionate therapeutic style and aims to provide a safe place for healing and growth. She often uses a strengths-based approach by working collaboratively with clients to help them realize their unique individual strengths. Rochelle recognises the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship and will take the time to get to know her clients, taking therapy at a comfortable pace. Rochelle uses a range of different therapeutic modalities including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Solutions- Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) skills training. Qualifications Rochelle holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), a Bachelor of Psychological Studies (Honours) and a Master of Professional Psychology. Professional Memberships Rochelle is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Provisional Psychologist and is a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists (AAPi).
