We would like to remind you of the following guidelines and procedures for your medicinal cannabis prescriptions.
The number of prescriptions and repeats is at the discretion of your doctor. Not all medications discussed will be prescribed. Payment is made for the doctor's time and not for prescriptions.
Your doctor will decide the best treatment plan for you.
Changing prescriptions may incur an administration fee and will be reviewed during the doctor's next shift.
Shared Care Letters:
May be required if you have certain medical conditions or are on other medications.
These letters provide additional medical information from your regular doctor or specialist.
Let Us know if we can assist in obtaining these letters.
Prescription Process:
Prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy via email within two business days of your appointment.
Prescriptions are not sent directly to patients.
Patient Responsibilities:
Follow your doctor's dosage and monthly limits. Contact the clinic if your health care needs change to book a follow-up appointment. Patients who do not adhere to these limits will be moved to a monthly monitoring system with their doctor.
Appointments:
Missed appointments will not be refunded.
Cancellations are subject to our policy terms and conditions.
Returning Patients:
If you haven't had a consultation with us for more than 12 months, please book an initial consultation and complete updated consent and intake forms.
Discharge requests will accompany your active scripts being ceased.
Please note for any fraudulent chargebacks issued against payments made, you will be held liable for the full amount due plus the $30 Bank Fee and a $150 administration fee per chargeback. This will be handed over for debt collection should the invoice not be settled within 7 working days. Please contact the clinic if you have a query with your invoice.
Consultation payment is for the doctor's time and not for prescriptions.
