Loretta Morgan is a registered Provisional Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours).
Loretta recognises that every person’s experiences, strengths, and challenges are unique. She believes that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process and is committed to providing personalised, evidence-based, trauma-informed support that is tailored to each individual. Her therapeutic approach is integrative and holistic, combining traditional psychological therapies with mind-body and somatic techniques where appropriate.
Loretta is passionate about supporting trauma recovery and improving emotional well-being. Her practice draws on a range of therapeutic modalities, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Matrix Re-Imprinting, Positive Psychology, and Schema Therapy, and body-based practices such as Qigong and Yoga to support nervous system regulation and safety.
She has experience working with complex trauma, childhood trauma, stress-related conditions, type 1 diabetes, divorce and relationship changes, and domestic and family violence. Loretta works with children, adolescents, and adults, providing a supportive, non-judgmental space that encourages insight, empowerment, and growth.
At the heart of Loretta’s work is a compassionate, collaborative, and person-centred approach, honouring each client’s story while helping them move toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and wellbeing.
