I’m a Clinical Nutritionist and research scientist, lecturer and educator in nutrition, meditation and yoga. Our bodies are miraculous systems that work synergistically to create a combined effect greater than the sum of the separate parts and I thoroughly enjoy exploring and teaching about the wonders at play.
My current PhD research under scholarship is on the genetic and biological relationships between sour taste and cognitive function. More broadly, my enthusiasms and interests lie in nutrition, the microbiome, digestive health, mental health, high performance and meditative/yogic practices.
