Ellie Nicolay is an endorsed Educational and Developmental Psychologist (CEDP). She is experienced working with children, adolescents, young adults and adults in private practice; and also with children and adolescents in school based settings across Melbourne. Ellie provides counselling and assessment services for a range of concerns such as anxiety and mood disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning disorders, friendship and social skills and general counselling. Ellie values a strengths based approach to supporting her clients with an emphasis on evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DIalectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness.
