Catherine now uses a blend of evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy ( CBT), Mindfulness based counselling techniques and compassion based therapy approaches woven to support the unique needs of her clients. Above all, however, Catherine brings authentic caring and compassion to her counselling, which she believes is at the heart of helping and healing. With a real understanding of this naturally challenging time, Catherine brings her warmth and wealth of experience supporting parents. Helping to support mothers to work with their own histories, parent with calm and attunement, build awareness and insight and grow in confidence and self-compassion; building tools for healthy coping and flourishing in motherhood.
