I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years' experience in helping people to improve their mental health through the
use of evidence-based psychological therapies. I enjoy working collaboratively with each individual to develop a shared
understanding of the problem(s) they are experiencing, and
making therapy recommendations that are specifically tailored to
the needs of each person. Some of the therapies I draw from are
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and
Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based therapy,
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy and Solution-
focused therapy.
I currently provide therapy via telehealth (video/online) to adult clients.
