I am a workplace mediator and counsellor. I have significant experience in conducting workplace mediation and offer counselling in key areas such as relationships, employee assistance, drug and alcohol, grief, loss and trauma. I not only focus on the individual but on all the external factors that impact on their life experiences. I can assist clients to develop greater self-awareness and work with them to enhance their coping skills to tolerate and regulate through life's challenges.
