Cath Grey Counsellor

As a counsellor, I offer a safe and supportive space for adults navigating grief and loss, life transitions, shifting identity, ongoing stress, health challenges, or parenting pressures. I work collaboratively and relationally, drawing on therapeutic approaches to support emotional resilience, greater self-awareness, and a renewed sense of meaning. Counselling with me does not require referrals, diagnoses, or treatment plans. Sessions are uncapped, private, and focused on your unique needs, giving you the freedom to explore challenges at your own pace. I offer brief and longer sessions online or by phone on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and in person on Fridays.
