Overview
Cate is a registered Art Therapist with AThR with ANZCATA. She provides Counselling and Arts Therapy (including Play Therapy & Dramatherapy) for ages 5 to 16 years of age. Arts therapy uses creative modalities, including visual art-making, drama, and dance/movement to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Cate supports children with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, ASD, emotional regulation difficulties, anger, grief and complex trauma.
