Overview
Carolyn is a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. Her experience working in the mental health industry spands from 2006. She has also worked in corporate and education settings. Carolyn offers a welcoming space and draws from a mix of cognitive, emotional, and creative therapies to support clients to heal and grow at their own pace.
She has a special interest in working with anxiety, neurodivergence, grief and loss, cultural identity and family of origin, chronic health issues, and life transitions.
