Caroline is Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years experience working in various mental health and counselling services. Her experience comes from working with adults and young people in community and hospital-based mental health services, as well as private practice and defence health services. In addition to er extensive experience in individual therapy,Caroline has specialised in group psychotherapy. She is able to draw on experience and training in a range of psychological models, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, to assist you.
