Overview

I am a psychotherapist and provide both short- and long-term therapy in Mount Barker, SA. I have been in practice for over 30 years and worked in the human service sector for over 14 years. I am a clinical member of PACFA and have been teaching in Bachelor of Counselling for over 11 years. I have gained vast experience counselling working with people from all walks of life. Psycho-Energetic therapy helps you to release the trapped negative energy and embrace your own strengths. It aims to stabilise your emotions and allow the mind to process the past and find new meaning and purpose that is congruent with your own values. This allows you to move forward and make the necessary changes to to regain control of your life.
