Kate brings her over 20 years of experience and her personal touch to assisting all her clients to achieve their rehabilitation goals. Kate is a physiotherapist and fully accredited Hand Therapist with extensive experience in both private practice and complex public hospital trauma. Her skillset includes: diagnosis and treatment of all finger, hand, wrist, forearm and elbow issues, as well as custom thermoplastic splinting, ergonomic and return to work advise, post-operative care as well as sporting injuries, arthritis and fracture management. I am a passionate physiotherapist with a special interest in upper limb rehabilitation. I am an Associate Member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association (AHTA) and have supported athletes from recreational to elite levels across various sports. My approach focuses on exploring what you can do around your injury as I know how frustrating it can be to take time away from your favourite sport. I combine my experience across multiple movement disciplines to help dedicated athletes who want more than vague rehab advice by setting objective milestones to guide progress in your rehab.
