Cara works with children from age 5 years old and up. She is highly skilled in working from a play centred perspective, earning trust quickly. Cara helps children with a range of issues such as: emotion regulation, anxiety and worries, trauma, grief and loss, social skills, protective (safety) behaviours, separation anxiety and much more!

After earning her degrees from Curtin University and Murdoch University, she has gained extensive experience across a range of mental health environments, including private practices, government organisations, and non-profit services. Marie-Anne is dedicated to her clients, always maintaining a strong commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality. Known for her calm demeanor and approachable nature, Marie-Anne creates a space where clients feel genuinely supported and cared for.

Matilda is a registered psychologist with experience supporting children, young people, families, and adults through a wide range of challenges. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic, recognising each individual’s unique needs in the context of their environment. She works alongside clients to deepen their understanding of themselves and others while providing practical strategies and tools that can be carried into everyday life.
