Mental Health Clinician. Bronte us passionate about supporting individuals to discover what wellness looks and feels like for them in regards to their emotional, social and mental health. Bronte has particular interest in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, coping with stress, motherhood and women’s health. Brontes approach to therapy is non-judgmental, warm, compassionate and collaborative. Bronte uses a range of approaches such as person-centred practice, strengths based and trauma informed frameworks. Bronte utilises evidence-based approaches, including Emotion Focused Therapy, Schema, ACT and CBT. Bronte is available for individual therapy and supervision.
