I offer a calm, confidential space to explore life’s challenges, including stress, anxiety, grief, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma impacts, and major life transitions. I work primarily with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), supporting clients to build psychological flexibility and take action aligned with their values.
For clients who request it, I also offer Christian-informed counselling, drawing on over twenty years of pastoral and ministry experience. This integration is gentle, compassionate, and grounded in both evidence-based practice and Christian wisdom for those who want it.
