Matthew integrates Psychodynamic, Inter-personal, Attachment and Emotionally Focussed (EFT) therapies, creating an approach which allows clients to explore their lives and relationships. Matthew has spent a portion of his counselling history working with youth at Headspace. He has also had experience working in a host of group environments, including youth programs, schools, families, projects in the disability sector and with prisoners. He is deeply motivated by his clients’ core needs, infinitely interested in their stories and deeply humbled by the personal nature of the work. Caroline (Cal) offers counselling solutions in the Perth CBD and Rockingham. Cal is a compassionate counsellor with extensive experience working with couples, adults, young adults and families. She is a member of CCAA. Her approach is respectful, non-judgemental and empathetic, which ensures her clients experience a safe environment in which to grow and experience positive change. She strongly advocates an integrated, holistic approach that enables her clients to address areas of concern such as relational issues, depression, anxiety, and anger management. Cal is passionate about providing relationship counselling that empowers clients to make genuine, lasting and positive changes in their lives while ensuring that unhealthy patterns are resolved. She is genuine, insightful and caring and strives to ensure that the counselling experience leads to a positive outcome. Eleanor enjoys seeing clients find insight and strategies for life that bring transformation in their day to day living. Eleanor believes developing the counselling relationship with clients is essential for building trust and achieving positive change. She believes in building a safe place in the counselling room as an essential part of the process. She has an outcome-focused, client-centred approach which provides individualised sessions for each client. Eleanor brings a range of experience and qualifications to her counselling, integrating various modalities of counselling into her practice such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Art and Play, Narrative Counselling and Solution Focused Therapy. Eleanor also offers a Life Coaching approach which looks at the space between where you are and moving forward to where you would like to be. She is a member of the Australian Counselling Association. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and families. Eleanor has previously worked within a Residential AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) Rehabilitation program. Eleanor enjoyed working with a wide range of people, walking alongside them on their recovery journey. This experience has made her passionate about seeing young people equipped at an early age to thrive in the ebb and flow of life through good mental health strategies and partnering with them to build their resilience. Her focus over the last six years has been working with a variety of young people of different ages in both primary school and high school.
