Overview

Bonnie is an experienced psychologist who uses a warm and collaborative approach to help people improve their emotional and mental health, and move towards self-acceptance. She works within a holistic framework to treat a range of issues such as stress, anxiety, panic, depression, pregnancy, parenting, poor coping, emotion dysregulation and the psychological impact of work and sports injuries and chronic pain. Clients gain insight into how they think and feel and how this impacts their body, nervous system and behaviour. She has published several academic papers in increasing adolescent engagement in mental health and substance use support services.
