Alex is an enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist who completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Wollongong and Masters at Charle Sturt University. Alex loves using exercise and movement to help clients achieve their personal goals and enable them to perform the activities they love most. Alex loves to bring about a real personal experience in her treatment, empowering clients to take control of their health in a positive and motivating manner. Alex has a strong focus on chronic disease management, with further training in exercise intervention for the management of Diabetes and Parkinson’s Disease, along with Women’s health.

Mr Joe Adams

Exercise Physiologist

Joe is an enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist who completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Wollongong and Masters at Charle Sturt University. Joe has clinical experience in private practice and hospital settings working with a variety of different illnesses, injuries and conditions. Joe has a passion for sport, exercise and increasing performance and uses this to achieve positive health outcomes that are tailored to his patients needs. Key areas of interest for Joe are musculoskeletal injuries of the hip, knee and shoulder. As well as exercise for the treatment and management of metabolic conditions and exercise to minimise the effects of aging. Outside of work you can find Joe outdoors being active and getting to the beach as much as possible during the summer. Joe has played rugby league his whole life and also likes to get to the gym most days.

Mr Josh Bonney

Physiotherapist

Josh is a dual-qualified Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist, holding degrees from the University of Sydney and the University of Wollongong. His professional passion lies in assisting clients in enhancing their well-being, whether it involves managing a medical condition or regaining function to pursue activities they enjoy. Josh's own history of sports-related injuries has equipped him with firsthand knowledge of successful rehabilitation processes. He understands the role of exercise therapy in facilitating recovery and restoring individuals to peak performance levels. His specific areas of interest include lower limb musculoskeletal rehabilitation, addressing lower back pain, and managing neurological conditions. Josh is currently splitting his clinical time between Figtree Private Hospital and Medicine In Motion and you can find him at the Corrimal location on Wednesday and Thursday.
